Hey there! Welcome to my blog! As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist, I work a lot with my clients to help them learn the what’s, why’s and how’s that can help them feel empowered to take control of their lives. Often times, this means that I use a lot of psychoeducation – helping people gain new information and learn new skills to help them better understand and deal with life’s challenges. Basically, I help people learn about a problem, and how to deal with it. I wanted to create a space here where you could find some of things I use often and find to be the most helpful.
